Originally I was sent the wrong product. When I tried to call the company the answering machine said you have to take care of all transaction online. Once I got to a computer things went very smoothly. They replaced the wrong items with the correct ones, and let me keep the wrong product to apologize for their mistake. Al in all it worked out.
